Avoid seller

The seller took forever to deliver the merchandise. But the biggest issue was they charged me sales tax; we don’t pay sales tax for clothing and shoes in Pennsylvania. I contacted the seller about the issue to get a price adjustment, but they never did charge the amount I was charged.
