Showcasing a pattern featured in Marimekko's first floral collection designed in 1964, this Unikko bedding collection lends iconic style and a bold pop of color to any bedroom.
It’s beautiful. I washed it in my machine and the colors did not run.
This comforter is beautiful, but once it was washed in cold water, the colors started to bleed. The quality definitely does not reflect the price of this designer comforter.
Overall, the sheets are ok. I ordered them for my dorm bed, which is a slimmer twin XL, but I have a 2.5 inch foam topper on top. The fitted sheet somehow manages to be both to big and too small; I can't get it to properly fit on my bed and so it looks loose and cheap. The width is too wide and the length is too short. To add onto that fiasco, the elastic is very flimsy and seems already stretched out so it gets very bunchy despite being a little too short. Furthermore, the quality of the fabric is not up to par with what I expected of Marimekko; the fabric is thin and the pattern shows through very lightly on the reverse side of the sheets but is white-is so it is to sharp a contrast with the front if folded over. I wouldn't buy the set again but the pillow cases are already and cute-- as pillow cases are hard to mess up-- so I maybe would keep those.
Just as pretty as the picture. Thick and strong cotton sheets, well hemmed, made in Mexico. Very deep fitted sheet great fit on my 18” mattress. Stayed vibrant after washing. Not suoer soft but durable. Excellent quality.
