Great light jacket

I really liked the jacket. It is light and seems warm. True to size. I ordered small , i am 5'2 and weigh 120 pounds. So, true to size. I ordered navy and it looks great.

light, warm, lovely color

This one one of the rare winter coat in longer length with synthetic insulation, and I ordered this and Echo featherless jacket at the same time. Navy color was nice, although I didn't care too much for the shine. I ordered my usual M size, sleeves are long (I'm petite so this was expected), but overall fit was fine. I could wear a sweater under this. Someone already mentioned this, but the design from waist down is meant to accentuate the waist, but it may only work well with hourglass figure? On me, it didn't work because the flare is lifted in an awkward way on quilted fabric. The coat is well-made, with zippered pickets and good length.

Hips too flared

While the quality and look were trademark Marmot, my wife didn't like the fit of the jacket. The hips were exaggerated and flared out too much for her liking. The chest and arm fit were fine as a small.

Perfect coat

Love this coat. Fit was great and its warm. The zipper fro. Both ends is perfect for when you get a little to warm. Just unzip a little and cool down. On warmer day's I just leave it unzipped and I'm warm.

Zipper never works. Gets stuck. Useless coat.

Unfortunately this coat has MAJOR zipper problems which may explain why it was on closeout. I can never zip it. The zipper just gets stuck. Returned.
