Couldn't be happier with these Baking Sheets. Heat seems to be evenly distributed. Cleaning is a snap. I was recently baking eggplant and let it cool to long. The charred eggplant was fused to the pan, I thought it was ruined. After soaking in warm soapy water the pan wiped spotlessly clean with a sponge. Excellent product.

I have never owned a commercial baking sheet or pan and while I certainly should have done this long ago, I have always considered myself a home cook. Little did I realize that those who are in the kitchen as long and as often as I am should have sturdy high quality tools of her trade. I bought a Silpat at the same time, again a "first". After use of these two baking tools together, I will never go back. Not only were the cookies very good as most batches usually are, they were "bakery quality" in appearance. I will be ordering more of these pans as well as the silpats and will be donating my old tried and true home bake ware to some very deserving charity. Thank you again, Martha!!

Over many years, I have run the gamut from cheapo baking sheets to air bake types to Calphalon, etc.. All disappointing. The air bakes worked OK, but hated the way they took on water if you needed to soak them. the others were tough to clean or warped eventually or just got to looking awful. This Martha Stewart baking sheet is the best of all. Love it. Here to purchase a couple more. No matter what I've prepared on this pan, it has always washed up easily in the sink, no scraping or soaking required. Still looking shiny and new. I'd gotten in the habit of using aluminum foil to facilitate easy clean up, but find this is not necessary with this pan.

I bought this for myself to cook bacon on - in the oven, one layer, at 400 for about 20 min. My old pan (40 years old) was done-for! I'm very glad to get this one - it's sturdy, thick and just right.

I use this frequently. The description online says dishwasher safe - however the packaging says hand wash only. It does clean easily however. I'm used to purchasing cheaper sheets that need to be replaced often. I think this pan will last for years! It is very sturdy & of very high quality. Highly recommend!
