I got this in blue, really pretty color. Also, as others have said, it heats up pretty evenly, which is great. It is designed such that the excess oil drips to the sides of the pan, removing it from the middle. However, if you are cooking a lot (ie. 2 cans of spam), the oil accumulates such that you can either 1) only cook in a small area in the middle or 2) the ones in the oil don't get fried properly. So, you have to drain the oil. But just having that oil reservoir option is pretty cool. So overall, this is a great griddle!

this looked good and that's why i got it and glad i did. I have to be honest though i've only used it once and so far so good. This grade is on looks alone as i need to use it a few times to truly know if it's any good

I love the pan itself. But the outside tends to scratch easily. Love the color blue.
