So I ordered this rug two weeks ago. Did not receive it. UPS says they're still waiting for the package. Called Macy's customer service line and got a complete runaround from a robot. At this point I don't know if they're going to re-ship it, or refund it, or what. I expect that nothing will happen at all. This is absolutely the last time I ever shop at Macy's. What a shame, they used to be a high-end retailer.
