Didn’t get the straw

Love the size of the cup. Super disappointed that I didn’t get the straw that I thought was supposed to come with it. It’s in the picture online. It’s also in the picture in the box. And there’s only an automated system to ask how to get one. It never asks the “right question” for me to reply to about getting one. The closest Macy’s to me does not carry this item so no help going there.
