cheap appearance

I purchased this bracelet as a gift for my dad for Father's Day. Online it is stunning but when it arrived it looked surprising cheap. The gold portion is so shiny and reflective that I can see myself clearly in it. It gives the appearance of costume jewelry and the diamonds are dull. I'm highly disappointed considering the price.
