the colors are amazing, the material too-i had chosen another one but kept this one instead-it is sleek and modern looking, like a watercolor-and matches many color sheets … my only setback is that it reads on label: dry clean only-this is a problem for beds spreads need to be washed often-dont know if it will shrink or colors will bleed-would have washed before first use, but did not-any one has washed theirs?
The colors on this duvet are a bit dismal dark and the matching gold pillow is completely covered in course metal thread , just horrid!
The quality is good and the size is the best I’ve found in awhile to go on a king size bed on a platform. I am disappointed in the colors, they are more dull and not as vibrant as I was expecting. I looked at multiple sellers and they all looked more colorful with not as much of the gray colors in mine (Macy’s had best price). I also did not care for the very large pale section in the top center, every photo I saw had pillows on that section so I don’t know if it’s all of them or just mine so I had to buy extra pillows to cover since I decided to keep it even with the color issues. I bought the square shams and they are o.k., but not the king size shams because after seeing pictures and reading reviews they are just pillow cases and don’t really look nice enough to go with the duvet and square shams. If it’s an issue for some it does wrinkle easily. I included a picture without pillows so pale spot and darker colors could be seen.
I wasn't sure what to expect. Its beautiful. I love the colors and the material is so soft and comfortable.
If you're looking for something out of the ordinary and unique, you're going to love this collection. I purchased the duvet cover as well as both shams and Euro sham. The colors are gorgeous, the fabric soft and inviting.
