    Exceptional Customer Service and Quality Handbag!

    The service I received at Macy's Fair Oaks (old Hecht Co) was pristine. The sales lady was enthusiastic and pleasant and rushed around to get me bags that would get the purse home safely. So far, the bag seems to be sturdy, functional, repels dirt and looks great with any outfit - it is so neutral. Love Macy's and the way they treat and care about all their customers!

    Cute, but small!

    Cute purse, just a tad bit too small. Also, the side compartments are really still. I like to use that compartment for my cell phone, but the stiffness prevented me from doing so. I returned the purse.
