I bought the cross-body bag to go on a cruise back in July. Sets then my bag has been coming apart by the straps. The bag is nice but the quality not so much

Bought this bag for travel and when I needed a smaller purse. Works great ! I can fit everything I need in it. Fabric is also great an I st wipe off to keep clean.

I just loved it, the size was perfect for traveling abroad. I could put all I needed in it and still had room, but after only 2 months the finished edge on the strap started coming apart. I felt for the money and knowing it was a good brand, this should not have happened. I do have to say that Michael Kors did stand behind their product, and I will be receiving a new tote, although not the same tote.
