Nice pants but narrow waist, very full hip? Read

Why a 4? Okay color is rich camel and luv it 5star for look. 3star for fit but hat is just me. I am usually smaller at waist, fuller hips/legs& usually find the waist too big on pants. NOT the case w/these pants. SZ 16 waist is 34-35" in my measurements & most pants are measured around 36"+ for a sz16. So these pants (for me) were tight in waist but the rise/hips and legs very full. The rise measured 15" so draped/fell to big. Hips (measured at crotch across) apx25-26" one side. I would need a sz.14 maybe but then need a waist extender? Overall, cute pants but the measurements just did not work for me. I dont give bad reviews based on fit b-cuz they may work perfect for another person? Dont think they are worth full price but sale price- cute pants that go with everything.
