They sent me a used product

This product was obviously returned and not new! There were huge gashes in the original manufacturer’s box and the custom insert was missing (so the vase was not cushioned at all). Macy’s needs better quality control! I don’t know how they could’ve allowed this to be resold. Unfortunately, this was supposed to be a gift but I certainly have to return this now.

Arrived at Store BROKEN:(

I bought 2, the vases were beautiful. Unfortunately they were BOTH BROKEN. I had them shipped to the store. The packaging was amazing. The original boxes inside the bubble wrapped box looked like they had been grabbed by a clenching robot. Multiple holes and cracks thru the lead crystal.

Beautiful Vase and Excellent Packaging

Just received this stunning vase today. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I've ordered several fragile items from Macys' and haven't received a damaged item yet, so kudos to your shipping staff. It's a solid, tall (14"), fairly heavy item which keeps it stable, and looks so beautiful with our faux white branches in it. The style is classic and timeless with a contemporary twist, really suitable for any decor. Very happy with this lovely vase. Thanks Macys!

Online shopping with Macy’s is the worst thing

Almost every other time I order, I get sent a used item and beat up packaging. Is this how you guys treat your customers? Taking our money for supposedly new items and then scamming us, do you think we wouldn’t realise? I don’t know how you guys are operating, but if I wanted to buy a used item I’d go to a thrift store. You guys should be shutdown.
