I've had this sofa for 6 years and it looks just as good as the day we bought it. It was worth every penny to buy real leather. We have 2 dogs and there are no scratches on it at all. Cleans up well and doesn't stain.

I have had this couch for 10 years and am just now thinking of replacing it only becasue we are changing our decor. I recommend this couch for familes becasue it has held up to constant abuse for a long time. :)

Our Macy's experience has been A from start to finish. After months of searching, we found the perfect size, color, style and quality in this couch. The leather is Natuzzi leather, super soft, the seat just the right depth and firmness, and the cushions, conveniently removable but attached with buckles, are very comfortable. we bought this couch from clearance and the sales lady was incredibly helpful. She even wrapped up the cushions for me to take home before delivery. The couch came in perfect condition, delivery was fast and the delivery men were extremely accommodating. They even went back to the truck to get the screws to hook the couch together. This is a beautiful couch that is not overpowering, very sleek looking and extremely comfortable. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Bought this sectional in May 2017 on sale. Macys delivery did a fantastic job delivering and set up. Have bought a lot of furniture from Macys and bought the sofa because of Macys customer service. The sofa looks gorgeous....Talked with customer service and try said sofa is made of top grain leather by Italian manufacturer Natuzzi. The only concern I have is that the back sofa cushions are held up by buckles on the bottom so am worried how they will hold up. I'll update the review over time

This is a very comfortable and huge couch, the leather is nice and soft. I've had it for 3.5 years now and it is holding up very well, the cushions are still plump and comfy. I would recommend using a leather conditioner on it every 3 months or so, I have and it nice and soft.

We got this sofa in 2006!! We still have it. The "connector" that connects the chaise broke after just a year so that was disappointing but the sofa still held up and we were able to keep it together. Last year - 2016 - one side collapsed. It is sagging a bit but still comfortable and hardly noticeable. Yes it collapsed BUT my 6 year old jumps on it constantly. For some reason he loves to run and dive on it. It lasted a long time considering my 6 year old is a destructor of all things. Can't complain too much about this couch. It's been moved 3 times and abused by my kids but it still looks pretty good.

4 years, 2 toddlers and a dog and still looking great! I highly recommend this product!

I had this sectional for 4 years. The 3rd year I noticed the chaise cushion starting to sag. Now the sectional looks awful. I'm currently looking for a new sectional but I will not be buying this brand nor from Macy's.
