You will never get your money back.

THE WORSE BAG AND BECAUSE THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY SELLER YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE BAG

Love the wallet. The purse is good and roomy. Gets flimsy over time though because of the fabric it's made of.
