My daughter loves this bed. The headboard is tall and makes a statement. Looks and feels great.

I paid to have it installed by Macy's and do not regret it. They were fast and the piece is beautiful. It's also very sturdy.

Is the best

I purchased this bed, not even 1 year ago. And, the bed is broken. The side rail, broke. The inexpensive legs that are to hold the wooden slats also were very thin. I’ve had to basically rebuild the entire bed.

When u want the color as a picture shows u will receive charcoal even on the box says gray

I consider myself handy when needing to put furniture together. However, after seeing some of the self install pictures and reviews, I opted to pay for the white glove installation. I felt if there was an issue with the install, Macy's would resolve it. The bed was put together as instructed and I haven't noticed any issues. I would have chosen the grey, but didn't want to risk getting something too light so the charcoal worked best for me as it matches the pictures.
