Looks like it came from a dollar store

Tons of glitter on the bow and the thin twirly wooden sticks. The bow is thickly covered in very small glitter that flies everywhere. Awkwardly large and unimpressive. I was expecting fabulous as I really felt like I splurged. Quality was not fabulous at all. Ugh.
