Inaccurate sizing/measurements in description
These shoes are adorable and the perfect shade of pink, however, the size chart/description are completely off and misleading stating that the size 10 is 26cm long. Upon arrival I noted these shoes were HUGE and confirmed by measuring the actual shoe that the size 10 is 27.5cm - an entire 1.5cm difference than what is described. Final sale means I am stuck with these shoes that were falsely advertised and I am extremely disappointed with this brand and Macys.
Too big!
I was so excited to get these but they were too big. I couldn't return them. When I wear them with an insert, I can't get a good grip when walking. This is the only pair of Naturalizers that didn't fit.

Not happy
Fit's more like a size 9. I didn't realize I couldn't return or exchange.

These are very comfortable shoes and very versatile.

really comfortable
I find these flats to be so comfortable. I wish they would restock size 5 1/2 in all the colors. It’s really difficult to find flats in smaller sizes that don’t hurt my feet or squeeze my toes. Please restock!

Toe box is not wide enough for a wide foot
I usually wear a 7 or 7.5, so I went with a 7 like usual. But these were a little long on me. I also picked the wide option since my feet are on the wider side. But even so, the toe box still felt kinda tight. And even though it's a square toe and not low cut, it was still giving me some toe cleavage! I was hoping the shape would cover my toes better but it just wasn't roomy enough up front. It is pretty and I recommend sizing down but might give you toe cleavage since the toe box is a little tight

So glad I purchased these shoes. They are so comfortable and I love the beautiful brown color.
