Square toe pump.

Unusually large fit. I typically wear a size eight, and they were too large. I even exchanged them for a 7.5, and sadly, they were still too large. I had to return them. These would have been a cute look if the shoes had fit.

Unfortunately, this item I ordered is too large for me, even though I selected my usual size. Although I purchased it some time ago, I have not been able to use it even once. I am willing to exchange it for another pair of sandals.”

We are so sorry to learn that the Karina pump from your order didn't work out for you. We understand that is disappointing. You have 60 days from the purchase date to make a return. To print a Purolator return label and packing slip, please follow the instructions at the page below: https://www.naturalizer.ca/en/help/returns-and-exchanges Re-package your order, place the completed return form inside the box, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package. We recommend dropping your package at a staffed Purolator location to avoid delays. Upon receipt of your return, a flat rate return shipping fee of $8.00 per order will be deducted from your refund total. Please allow 2-3 weeks from arrival to our warehouse for your return to be processed. Our warehouse is unable to process exchanges. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order on our web site. Keep in mind, Final Sale items are not returnable.
