BUY THIS!!
I have had my Breville Nespresso machine for about 3 years now so I feel it is fair to give my two cents. I have not ONCE had any issues with this machine. It consistently brews amazing drinks and I love the simplicity of it. Very easy to use. My only suggestion is to descale your machine often, and make sure you are keeping up with regular maintenance!! It’s a very simple process but takes about 15 mins in total. I cannot recommend this machine more!

Dont purchase
This is the second one of these machines I have purchased. The first failed outside of warranty and now this one has the same error - re-attach steam tip. I have gone through all recommended steps to fix and tried to return the machine, but the courier provided by Nespresso hasn't collected after a week. Long story short, it works well for a little while, and then breaks leaving you without a machine for an unknown period of time. No loan machines available. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Disappointedly Short Machine Life
This was a fantastically easy machine to use, until it broke...we had this for 2 years, and then while brewing an espresso, we heard a loud, "POP," then saw and smelled smoke coming out of the back of the machine. Unfortunately, Breville only services appliances in Europe..we're trying to jump through hoops to have it serviced here in the U.S., hopefully through Nespresso. However, we can't recommend this to others, as this process has not been easy, and the machine did not last as long as we expected, particularly for such an expensive machine.

Don't Waste Your Money
It WAS a great machine before it broke in less than 6 months. Ridiculous amount of money for it to break that easy. I shouldn't have to send it off to get fixed and go two weeks without coffee within 6 months of purchasing. Oh and of course they offer to send you a new machine to replace but surprise - there's none in stock. What a joke.

Sleek Machine,great coffees!
I purchased this machine after my current Nespresso machine was beyond any repair. I love the look and the multiple coffee selection button. The milk wand is a nice feature,however I find the Aerochino works better and is easier to keep clean.

Tasty, convenient, and durable coffee maker
Such a convenient and easy to use machine which produces delicious coffee. As a coffee enthusiast, this machine is extremely reliable and durable. My friends always look forward to ending the evening with some espresso from this machine after a dinner party.

Disappointed with reliability!
My first Creatista Plus was working well until just over 2 years and then the pump failed, neither Nespresso or Breville helped me. So I bought a new machine, but this time I also purchased the extended warranty, 3 years. After 32 months the machine stopped working, same issue as the first one. Consequently I do not recommend it. The insurance paid me back the purchase price. We use about 4 capsules per day and I diligently clean and descale the machine. I will not but a Creatista again, very disappointed considering the purchase price!
