Decent quality for the price

I ordered 3 of these chairs from Macy's, while the shipping and communication were not good, the chairs themselves seem fine. None arrived damaged. The quality of the wood and finishing is a bit lacking, but expected for the price. Overall they look fine and are comfortable and I suspect they'll last just fine. Some other reviews show broken legs, but given that it's solid wood I suspect that would be a manufacturing defect. I did notice that all of my chairs were wobbly after assembly, but replacing the plastic floor guards with felt and using 2 pads on one leg fixed all the wobbles and makes them slide well on hardwood floors. For me it was always the leg on the front right that needed and extra pad if you're sitting down.

Legs come loose often and leg broke off.

Looks nice but poor quality.

Low quality chair

Leg snapped off! See photo. Very disappointing as the quality is not good. How can I get a return
