Item not received

I never received this item.I thought maybe l will receive it after Christmas and gave it grace period but l haven’t seen it.Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.My daughter was disappointed to not receive it .Both items l bought from Macy’s were never received.

this is not a "Fleece" hoodie. There's no fleece at all and its so thin. The quality feels cheap for the price. Definitely not for the winter. Also the top part of the zipper is sharp and keeps poking my chin when zipped up fully. Really disappointed with this purchase.

Great sweatshirt

Er comfortable & lightweight yet warm enough for a beautiful but chilly Fall day!. I would highly recommend this obsidian ful zip sweatshirt ! I bought the navy blue ‘obsidian’ color & I love it! I It is true to size but I could have sized down from a M to a S but I may wear something underneath that’s heavier on colder days so kept it!
