Had to return item . The arrived in a crushed box no lid and had been worn.

I purchased these shoes online and the box came with a “floor sample” sticker on it and a beat up box. On the bottom of the shoes was black residue that I assume were from being tried on. I purchased the shoes to wear the very next day after they arrived. Only assistance I got was to package back up, take to UPS and mail back. I had to ask for some type of compensation for my gas to do this. Not to mention my time the cost of using my ink to print out a label etc. all they offered was a $10 gift card! I’m a Platinum cardholder so if I was treated like this; I can only imagine how someone whose not would be treated. I requested to complete a survey afterwards but miraculously I didn’t get the survey! So upset right now!

This shoe has the perfect height heel and it fits great at the toe. It does not slip off my foot and it is not too tight. It looks chic, classic and stylish. It is beautiful.

They are comfortable and classic, they go with everything, jeans, dresses. I recommend them 100%

just like the other reviews, these ran small and very narrow. I ordered after reading the reviews because I have a thin food, however, they would have been impossible to wear. Beautiful style, nice leather, but the design needs improvement

Reading the reviews about these being narrow, I even went UP half a size, and still ended up with blisters all over within an hour of wearing them. Horrible! I expected comfort and ended up in pain, I can't even stand up from my desk to walk. Don't buy these! I was hoping they would open up but they are so stiff, narrow, and absolutely torture to wear!

Who doesn't need a basic black pump with a reasonable heel? I was very excited to see that these were available in 8.5W because it's usually a better fit for me than 9M. I wish I would've read the reviews first: I am very disappointed. I wholeheartedly agree with all the other reviewers: despite ordering the wide width, these are very narrow and very small. There's nothing remotely WIDE about this shoe. Dufus me didn't try them on right away so I can't return them as I am past the 30 day return period. On a positive note, Macy's representative did offer to sell me another pair at my original purchase price; however, I'm afraid this is a 9West issue since there are so many reviews stating the same problem. I rate it 1 star because the system won't allow submissions with 0 stars. Off to find a friend with a narrow foot and gift them with a beautiful basic. :(
