High quality stoneware. Color is consistent. Each place setting is packaged well, separately, then placed in larger box for safe shipping. Love them!

Solid stoneware. Nice texture and shape. The coupe set has the best shaped bowls and plates. Stackable and just a top quality set to use everyday. We’ve been using plastic melamine for so long, it’s great to have a real set of dinnerware. I use plates in micro and they don’t get hot. I love the grey color. I would buy again no problem. But, here’s the but, when I like something it goes away, so it will probably be discontinued

I purchased the turquoise. The picture made it seem like it would perfectly match my kitchen. However it's a lot darker. I kept them because I like them but color definitely misleading. Check out picture for reference.

I have always been a great fan of Noritake and thought there was no better tableware, but... Being a happy owner of a Sweet Leilani 62-piece set I decided to buy a set for everyday use approx. 14 months ago (but, in fact we have used for less than a year as my family and I were forced to flee Kyiv after 02.24.2022 and returned back home in half a year after the date). Everything went well: support of your customer service department was perfect, extra package for overseas shipping to Ukraine was great. But today one of your large plates cracked with a freshly fried omlet on it. The plates never fell down, they have always been washed in the dishwasher (delicate wash), have never been used in the oven and have arrely been used in the microwave. I'm very disappointed
