Macy's shipped to the wrong address
Wouldn't know if the tree was good. Macy's shipped it to my old address even though its no longer on my profile. I was told that it was an error on Macy's end but they couldn't cancel the order since it was already in shipping and they would refund as soon as it was delivered to the wrong address (in another state)... Once delivered I was told they couldn't refund because they show that it was delivered. Yes, it was delivered but not to me. Now I'm out $400.00 for an error on Macy's end. Used to buy everything from Macy's probably won't ever buy from again after all the time and effort this has taken for nothing. Still no Christmas tree, sorry kids, Macy's stole Christmas.
