Beautiful rug, terrible shipping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is as pictured and the colors are true . However, the rug comes folded and we’ve had it down for two weeks and it still has fold marks all over the rug. We have tried weighing it down and stretching it but the fold marks remain. I would have given the rug 5 stars but because of the folds I have to give it 3.

SOFT MUTED COLORS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors and pattern in this rug are nice and softly muted. The description says ivory but to me it seems more of a very very light beige and grayish blue color. Which works fine for my colors. The rug pile is low pile, but still soft.

Cute print but very thin and cheap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the last 12 years I have bought NUMEROUS rugs from this webpage. They used to be thick, full, even wool often, just over all great quality. They would ship well, rolled and hardly creased. Worth every penny... NOW they pretty much all are cheap, itchy, thin, sparse and ILL SAY IT AGAIN, CHEAP LOOKING. EVEN WITH A PAD, they aren’t any better. Just kind blah and won’t ANY LESS THIN OR IMROVED QUALITY.
