sits lower than hips. Material felt cheap, didn't flatter me. made my hips look bigger

Gorgeous Top!

Gorgeous blue color with a dramatic poncho-style pointed hemline that looks great on. It also has a fun metallic sparkle, too. True to size, and is very comfy and lightweight.

Great sweater

This is a fantastic holiday sweater. NY Collection is one of the best plus size lines. The clothing is forgiving and has a great shape. Definitely recommend this sweater.
