Very disappointed

The bag's front buckle was not there. Just a hole. I was really looking forward to wearing it to a party. What kind a quality is this brand where the front fake buckle comes off even before it is sent to the customer.

I purchased this purse in pink and it looks so beautiful in person! I love it! Not too small not to big it's just perfect! The quality is nice too.
