charged for merchandise never received

Macy's sent the wrong address to their marketplace client and they sent this package to my old address. The old address is an apartment complex, they advised this package was returned to the sender as I no longer lived there. I am being charged for Macy's and seller mistake for merchandise I never received. I am filing a dispute with Citibank Macy's card and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
