It’s an EXFOLIATE! It’s Great!! Instructions here!

I saw all these reviews and was so shocked at people writing it was too grainy, sandy and they were disappointed. Okay the Sales people are not selling this product correctly then. This is an EXFOLIATE for your lips!! So you are supposed to use at night and you massage it into your lips and around your lips continuously until the graininess starts to break down mostly. It feels great once it’s broken down. It does not 100% disappear but it should be broken down enough to where it softens your lips and that is what you should feel. When you sleep with it on, in the morning, your lips will be noticeably fuller, especially if you are older, and you will also notice a little more definition on the border of your lips. Your lips will look and feel kissable ready! I have used many products at night for years and this by far is the #1! I will never use anything but this now. I’m praying it’s not discontinued because people just weren’t taught how to use it properly. Try it again!

I Would Buy This Again and Again!

I love this stuff! It smells so good and is super smooth. It soaks in and doesn't stay too shiny or turn sticky!

Needs to be reformulated - grainy

When I first opened this, it was buttery and smooth. After being open about a week, it is now grainy. The product needs to be reformulated to stay smooth after opening.

Finally a lip balm that works for me

I had been on the hunt for a good lip moisturizer and decided to try this one. I had my wisdom teeth removed and my lips became very dry and cracked and I used this stuff a few times throughout the day and put on a good amount before bed. Within two days my lips are pretty much completely normal again.

Frustrating, Grainy

I have been using this lip butter for several years. But it really is hit or miss as to whether or not it is smooth or very grainy. I apparently I've been told as it gets older it gets grainy. So I have stopped ordering it because even the replacement one was grainy. If you're lucky enough to get one that is smooth, you'll love it.

Great lip moisturizer

Using this one AM and PM for 2 to 3 years. My lips used to be super dry, no this ever helps me, almost give up on putting any kind of color lipstick on my lips, that's how dry it was before this product, after finding this product start using it every single day for AM and PM and my lips looks amazing. I forgot that my lips were ever dry

Weird texture with application

When applying the lip butter, it feels sort of bumpy, almost like it's a lip polish rather than a lip mask. Definitely throws me off every time I apply, but that feeling goes away once it melts onto your lips. Once the butter melts onto your lips, it feels super nice. Your lips feel even softer the next morning.

Grainy

I was excited about seeing this in the store but should have tried it or read reviews. It's almost like a scrub going on. It does soften eventually but then dries out. Will not purchase again.
