A Very Disappointing Experience

This was a very disappointing purchase. After missing two promised delivery dates, the item was finally shipped after I initiated a fraud complaint with the credit card company. In the meantime I reached out to customer service several times and would receive varying answers and canned apologies about why the item was 'lost in the mail'. I will seriously reconsider any future purchases from the Macy's online store.

It stopped working right after 3 months and ever since, the handle must be on the right side for the kettle to work. And now It no longer works!

cheap Product

I purchased this to replace my stove kettle but I got disappointed after using it for 1 year the glass cracked from the top to the bottom when I used it to heat water. I came back and saw water all over my kitchen counter . So disappointed I wished I could post pictures of it to back this up.

I Highly Recommend This Electric Kettle with Teapo

I love this Electric Kettle with Teapot. It heats the water in 2 minutes compared to 7 minutes in a regular kettle on my stove. The different options of heat levels are important to me because I heat for different types oofcoffee, tea, and cocoa and do not want to burn the leaves or grounds, so I can adjust the heat. The "keep warm" feature is convenient if you want more than one cup. You don't have to reheat every time you want a second or third drink. I like to keep the teapot warm by placing it on top of the kettle while it is still hot. It is easy to clean. The blue led lights are very modern and fun to look at.

Nice kettle and tea pot

I am away from home for a while and needed a reasonably priced tea kettle and pot. This set was a nice surprise to me, plus I am enjoying the easy pour through feather when adding water to the kettle.
