I have been a Macy's customer since I was a teen, and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with them, buying from every department. The furniture delivery service didn't even ring up to my apartment to let me know that the table arrived, and they just left it in the lobby, leading to a very angry landlord. 60-something year old me was left to struggle to bring the furniture up to my apartment by myself. Plus the online listing does not say "counter height," although I admit I should have checked the actual dimensions, so I got the wrong height table. Then, the coup de gras: I don't know how, since the receipt has the proper Macys credit card number on it so this clearly wasn't my mistake, they charged it to one of my other Macys credit cards instead, so I just got an email notification of a balance due, as opposed to the card I charged it to, which had a credit balance on it. After shopping with them my whole life, I will NEVER spend another dime with them, online or in person.
