Broken zipper

I washed this hoodie for the first time before my son wore it and the zipper broke. He never even got a chance to wear it.

Order cancelled

I purchased 2 sweaters on sale and order was cancelled with no explanation. Both sweaters and sizes are in stock still. All info was correct.

Very late and wrong color

I ordered the avery heather color and it came 9 days after and when it came everything was good until I noticed the polo badge was red and not blue like it shows on Macy’s.
