Item was shipped with security tag

The item was shipped with a security tag still on it, and after contacting customer service, I was told to "go to a store and have it removed". Upsetting because this defeats the purpose of online shopping. I was extremely disappointed in the response from customer service. If you're looking for online shopping, seek it elsewhere.

I love polo shirts but….

The sizing and fit nowadays is really odd. The Classic Fit XL is gigantic and fits like a XXXL. I’m 6’2 and 200lbs and have always worn and XL. I am now a medium?! Bizarre. Excellent service at Macy’s
