Twin bed

It’s not what’s on the picture. It supposed to have a pullout bed but it didn’t came with it. I tried resolving it and called customer service 3 times. They said it was included and they never send the right one. I’m so mad

False advertisement!!

It’s nice and sturdy. The color is exactly like the picture. You know what is not exactly like the picture? The drawer under the bed. I didn’t get what I paid for!! What can I do?? I had to keep the bed after assembling it. It looks like it’s worth less without it. I just got say.. the company that allowed the advertisement can go screw themselves.
