Crafted from fine porcelain, the Pebble Collection from Sophie Conran for Portmeirion is a must-have addition to your everyday dinnerware.
Beautiful!! Well made.
Love this generous platter. Served shrimp linguine on this for the family and it looked superb! Great for pasta and for roast with potatoes and veggies. Very attractive.
Returning for more to add to my set. I love the organic and contemporary look of this pattern. The color is a perfect neutral and can be dressed up or down depending on the table scape. I have the white as well as a couple place settings of the blue
Building collection. I have other pieces and can’t wait to use it.
First I must say that when I first saw a picture of these I really loved them; but you know how it is...maybe it's heavy, clunky or not quite as nice as the picture leads you to believe? I went on a mission to my local Macy's just to see, touch and hold these(which can really be so important!) and they made the grade plus! I will say that I was disappointed that out of two Macy's near work/home neither carried any of the pebble and only one store carried the white & celadon. I knew that neither of those colors were right for me (and so I went home and ordered two place settings in pebble. I love the style, the color and the fact that if I choose I can mix in pieces of the collection in other colors and change up our table setting from time to time. I can't wait to collect more place settings and serving pieces and I really hope Portmeirion adds some new pieces in the pebble color (like tea cups and saucers!) It's classic and artsy all at once & I plan to enjoy it!
I have been collecting this design since 2007 in white, using them everyday. It’s a beautiful, organic design. I have pieces from many sources, most recently from Macy’s. Macys has a great collection!
Love these bowls. My third order. They are almost an oval irregular shape but they actually stack. I love handmade pottery but can’t always afford it. These are a wonderful alternaternative. A beautiful creamy color between cream and a very light beige.
I love the size of these bowls. I pretty much use these as plates instead of the actual plates I got. The only problem is that the design of these causes them to be a little irregular so they do not stack together cleanly, and I wouldn't trust liquids in them.
