    Horrible

I would not purchase again. This pans peels and now there's rust.

Love the Easy Cleaning of Pan

This pan is quite heavy and perfect for a good size roast. For the first time I used it for my annual New Years Day Dinner for family. I had a large pork roast which was covered in barbecue sauce. It cleaned up the baked on sugar from sauce easily. The 1 drawback is you can't use it on stove top to make gravy from a roast.
