    Table never clean

    Do not buy with grooves !!! Never clean ! Horrible . I threw out after a year

    bad quality

    The chairs are extremely bad quality . I bought this set two years ago and the fabric is ripping and also they are loosing their shape. I also paid for 5 years warranty and they said they don’t cover that because is normal use . I spent a lot of money on this for such a bad quality . The table is better quality but the painting is peeling . Don’t spend your money in these set you will regret it .

    Not worth it long term

    The table is BEAUTIFUL from far away. It chipped soon after purchasing. The paint chips away easily. It doesn’t feel super sturdy. Also the grooves make it really hard to clean. 1 star for the size. Able to accommodate a large party.

    Gorgeous table

    I love this table! It looks timeless with a casual feel! It is sturdy! The table comes with 2 leafs, and can comfortably sit 12 people. The delivery guys were so professional and efficient. I love Macy’s furniture and service!

    Awesome chair

    My husband and I love this chair! I love the way it looks and this chair is so firm and comfortable! Chair feels pretty sturdy to me but I’ve only had this chair for a week. I will but this chair again.

    Returning.

    Table looks and feels like plastic. Cheap looking. I will be returning it.

    Worst service ever!

    I received an email the day before my furniture delivery stating a 7:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. delivery time. The morning of delivery, I received a text at 7:00 a.m. that the delivery would be in the next 30 minutes. I was in church at the time and could not immediately review my text. Knowing that I would be at church in the morning, I left a message taped to my door stating to text me if you see this message and I can be at my house in 5 minutes. I arrived home at 8:00 a.m. and waited for an hour and nobody showed up. I also called and texted the delivery number and never received back a response. I then called the Macy’s customer service and was told that the delivery arrived and nobody was home. They also said they could see the note posted on my door but did not bother reading it or calling me and left. I was told that they could not reschedule the delivery for today and would have to wait another week. Macy’s may want to provide customer service training to delivery staff.
