At first, we loved how large the couch was for our family. Within a year of normal wear, the seat cushions have completely flattened, the back cushions (which were always too short for normal humans) are flattened and so mishapen that you have to put regular throw pillows behind to get any sort of comfort, all of the fabric is fraying and torn, and it's so uncomfortable. When you spend this much money on a sofa, you expect the seat cushions to hold up for average-sized people. Completely disappointed.

Macy's typically has great furniture but awful customer service. Good luck getting anyone on the phone and when you do, they have no decision making power. DO NOT purchase a warranty. Tons of fine print that will void all protection you will need. I feel taken advantage of in being sold on a warranty that Macy's refuse to honor.

I received my sectional July 3, 2024, it's two months later and it looks like it's been in my living room for a year. The material is all stretched out the cushions are collapsed so your legs are sitting on the frame. It is the most uncomfortable living room sofa I've ever purchased in my life. Big mistake.

It said it would take 5-6 weeks to process. In actuality, it is supposed to take 3 months to process. I’m getting all these review requests for a product I’ve been waiting a month for and haven’t received.

I bought my couch in April of 2020. During the whole pandemic, we of course, were home ALOT and used and still use this couch every single day. Since then we both permanently work from home so it gets alot of use. The way it has held up is amazing to me! From the seat cushions to the back cushions! I never have to fluff the ones we sit on but I do the back cushions, but once fluffed they look brand new again! We got the dark gray color and they really still look new! The material of the couch is very durable. I’ve had NO issues. I love them so much I want to get the off white color but with all the recent negative reviews, I am a little scared to buy it again. Could it be they are making it with a different material? Macy’s - can you confirm the couch is being made exactly the same way it was in 2020?

Well made, very nice and comfortable. It compliments our living room. Delivery took 10 weeks, but it’s worth it. Shout out to the delivery guys, they were very careful and professional.

I have owned my Radley sectional for two years and still love it. After seeing my sofa, my two sisters and a friend also bought it and they all love theirs. I’m very surprised to see some negative reviews which is why I decided to write a review of my own. I had purchased quite a few cans of Scotch Guard and treated the cushions and pillows myself since I decided not to pay for the protection. The couch still looks brand new. I highly recommend.

Please do not buy this couch, you will regret. Within 6 months of usage, the material has tattered, back cushions are slumped and cannot hold their shape.
