Great leggings

I truly love them, the fabric is soft but breathable at the same time, despite being cotton leggings. I am 5'3 and the legnth is just fine for me. The waist band is not very thight, but again, they work for me, I always use size L in leggings so I think I am a true L on my hips and thighs. I use them for excesice and they will stay in place.

I love these leggings, but did have to add elastic to the waist. I bought an XL and they fit great, but waist was very loose.
