the mattress they delivered,sure is, Not the one i tested at the store!it feels Nothing like the test bed.every time i lie down,i'm sunken so far in the mattress i feel every spring and not much else.as for cooling?this is The Hottest i've ever been while sleeping.i'm boiling.where is the COOLING foam?!?there,also was supposed to be extra foam towards the middle of the bed.i have to lie on the sides or diagonally to get an even sleep.truly disappointed and don't know what to do!

First purchased a similar mattress from Ashley furniture and they were terrible! got my order wrong and just kept messing things up I decided to cancel and order this mattress from Macy's and I'm very happy I did! Delivery was fast and easy, mattress is very nice and good quality. Macy's never disappoints!

Macy dropped the ball on this one . After exchanging twice 1) given an 11” mattress then given a firm NOT plush and having their inspector do the right thing they still could not provide me this 14’ plush. After 3 months there is a dip in the middle of the bed . I weigh 144lbs. It appears the quality is subpar. Go with a better name brand . I had to take as is deal because I just could take off work to schedule a return again!!!

Unfortunately had to exchange several times . Mattress only measure 12 inches , even generously measuring air. I was wasted time and risk during the Pandemic having delivery staff in and out on 4 separate days. Ask for a follow up call but never received one.

The bed was delivered on time, good crew carried old mattress out and new mattress to upstairs, very comfortable and excellent value.

very comfy! it reminds me of a big hotel bed. very impressed!
