Perfect housewarming gift for my brother and his family!
Quality set
I bought this set as gifts for my daughters. They are nice quality and it is a nice set. I only gave four stars just because I wish they would have included a smaller pot and lid and made the stock pot a little bigger. I bought my reverewear copper 34 years ago and still use it today.
Not for me I guess...
I was really hoping to love this set of cookware. Bottoms are not heavy enough and just burn everything if you turn the heat past 2, but maybe I'm just used to using heavy-bottomed pans. I cook with high eat often, and these just don't handle it like my Cuisinart's or cast iron can. Another huge annoyance for me was not only the plastic handle, instead of having a hole in the handle to hang overhead, they attached a cheap piece of metal (think paperclip) that clanks against the handles while you cook. A disappointment considering other reviews and the product's price. These would work okay as saute pans, or cooking rice, but I would highly recommend buying a heavier set if you're looking for something more dynamic and don't have room for 2 separate sets of cookware.
Excellent Choice
Excellent choice of cookware for the everyday novice cook. Cookware is beautiful and durable and so far easy to clean.
Great Starter Set
This set is great for starters. If you're new to the cooking world, this set is perfect for you. It has all that you need to get you started in the kitchen, preparing that meal for yourself, friends, or family! I love the overall appreance, functionality and sleek look of it. Highly recommended!
Revere Quality is back
I always heard about Revere cookware from my parents as it used to be the best you could buy. Copper core pots and pans were the tech standard prior to manufacturing break through's of the 70's and 80's. This set lives up to the name. The frying pan sears a steak without tearing it to bits. The large pot boils water quickly. The handles, finish of the steel and the weight of each piece exude quality. This is a great set.

The "Look" - This is an aesthetically appealing set. I was amazed that the pans maintained their original look after several THOROUGH scrubbings. The "Cabinet Space" - I LOVE the stackable feature...simply can't say enough positive things about how much space this set saves me under the cabinet. "Cooking" - These pots and pans heat up fast and evenly...just as advertised. Cooking times were approximately 25% less...from boiling water to cooking meats... The only negative I have is due to my years,of cooking with non-stick pots and pans... this set of pans required much more effort to clean.
Pots made to last!
Since receiving our pots and pans set we have been thoroughly impressed. It is our first complete set, no more mismatched pots and pans or lids!! Cooking: they seem to heat up quicker than most other pots or pans we've had in the past, so it was nice not waiting forever for water to boil. Cleaning: dishwasher safe is a must for us and everything in this set is. Also haven't had a problem washing by hand either, nothing has stuck to it, it all seems to wash off easily. Overall: I really loved how well this seemed to be made. Everything is extremely sturdy, and I'm confident we'll have these pots and pans for years to come.
