Wrong measurements - Taller than described

I was shopping for a carry-on measuring 20” height maximum, and it’s not. it’s about 2” taller than described. It won’t fit the airline requirements.

Broke after first trip

Bought this a year ago for a summer trip. It worked well and we stored it away. Unfortunately, we took it out a few weeks ago for an overnight trip and found the bottom by one of the wheels was cracked and caved in. It can no longer stand up and is unusable.

Not sturdy!

The case was crushed the first trip I took with it. It no longer wheels because the case is cracked around 2 of the 4 wheels. Too bad, it's a nice looking piece and lightweight.

Wheels broke on our first trip and no full refund!

One wheel completely broke off on our return trip. Another one is also about to break off. This is a total piece of junk. I had gotten this suitcase in a different color and upon inspection, the wheels are also about to break. Very upset because Macys only refunds 25% because our trip was more than 30 days after purchase. This is the last time I’m shopping at Macys.
