Not as good as the name
    Aug 01, 2013

I might as well pulled out the iron because it took just as long to steam a blouse. I tried to steam a graduation gown and got more water than steam. I will admit it did remove a few of the wrinkles but not the deep seated ones. I will keep looking for the perfect steamer. Until then, this one is being returned.

    Do Not Buy

I opened the box and realized it had already been returned but I went ahead and tried it anyway. It was an impulse buy and I didn't read reviews until afterwards. The design of this product is good in theory only. By the time the light indicator came on, it had run out of steam and leaked the few remaining drops of water on my curtains. I was so disappointed because I heard Rowenta was a good brand.

    Husband LOVES it!

We travel a lot and my husband simply LOVES this little steamer. You may have to refill it, sure, but the handiness of this l'il critter outweighs any small inconvenience. Ours was new in the box and a great buy. I'm getting another now for our daughter who travels a lot for her work.

    Waste of time
    Dec 22, 2012

It never worked the way they said it would. All it did was produce steam and the garment still had wrinkles and was wet! They also said that the tank had the capacity to steam 4 shirts.....LOL I used up one tank for just one sleeve. I'm returning it and will try a different brand name. The size is convenient for travel!!

    Horrible product

Basically all this product does is produce steam and nothing else. I went through 2 tanks of water just on the one sleeve alone and it's still as wrinkly as it was before. I followed the instruction and tried to improvise on steaming several different clothes and fabric to make it work. All in all it was a waste of money and time. On top of all that I'm sure that the one I purchased was used before and was repackaged as new. The item was dirty (smudges on handle) and I notice a bit of water still in the chamber tank.
