Good but poor quality

We purchased through a TV shopping show. We have used it maybe 10-12 times and it did a nice job. However, the cover on the steamer head has come off on one side. After every use we thoroughly dry the unit. Just not a quality built product.

I am enjoying it so far because it does work to get wrinkles out of my clothes, unless I'm dealing with a lot of pleats. I also love the color. However, it feels somewhat cheaply made, and I worry about the longevity. I've had it for about a week or two and sometimes it doesn't turn on when I first switch it on.

steamer Pure Pop

I was using the steamer on Linen curtains.. t went to unplug it an it was hot . tried to unplug it an could not for it had melted on to the plug , had to force it off and the prongs broke
