Bad Rug Purchase

Color was wrong. When I sent it back the refund amount changed. I called to discuss with someone (in the Philippines) and they couldn’t determine why the price changed of why . I hung up on them.

Great Rug!

Colors exactly as in photo. Deep Red with Black & small touches of pale Sage in triangular areas between medallions. Very soft with thick pile. Fabulous buy at sale price!!!
