    Bad Rug Purchase

    Color was wrong. When I sent it back the refund amount changed. I called to discuss with someone (in the Philippines) and they couldn’t determine why the price changed of why . I hung up on them.

    Great Rug!

    Colors exactly as in photo. Deep Red with Black & small touches of pale Sage in triangular areas between medallions. Very soft with thick pile. Fabulous buy at sale price!!!

    does not look like the picture

    The quality of the rug is very nice but the rug does not look like the picture.the design on the rug looks very blurry in real life while in the picture it looks like it’s perfect. They are like 60% different.
