Not good for streaming
This TV has horrible wi-fi reception. Otherwise it's a decent tv. Color is good, interface is good, but if you have to watch low definition tv it isn't worth it. The problem is not my home wi-fi as my other (TCL) tv receives the wi-fi signal fine.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
I still have not gotten it my tv. they keep having sups reach out to me to say hey we know your waiting for it let me see what I can do and then come back a day later and say ops there's nothing we can do and your going to have to wait months longer. If I could give this company 0 stars after everything they have put me through I would.

impossible to set up
I replaced my older 32" samsung with what was advertised to be very bright....ha..ha..ha, Not only is it very dark but it is impossible to get the colors right for most movie viewing. Too green, too dull...but commertials are ok????? Sound is very very bad. I need to turn the volume up to 60 (near max) sometimes; sometimes 25 is loud??? This unit might be broken but it took me over a month of adjusting to convince myself that it is just a bad design. So not returnable! Does it need a software update? Samsung wants me to create an account just to find out. Won't buy another Samsung TV.......

Favorite feature is clear - natural picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to unpack and set up - when I first saw the tiny remote I thought the worst but easily found my way to navigate and to use. Beautiful clear picture with amazing sound and looks very neat and tidy on my wooden bench and have amazing compliments on this Samsung tv
