Best OLED TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this TV 1 week ago and received it for 2 days. I did a lot homework before I order it and it 100% fulfil my targets. thin form factor and easy to install with my audio system. beautiful color dark is really dark Price was a big barrier stop me from getting it earlier, thank big discount on last week.

Seems too complicated

It has a great picture except but I don’t like the remote or how it works generally. It’s not as easy as other tv’s. The stand is awkward too, just bump it a bit and it falls apart. I wish I bought something else.

Some problems

Have to go through 3 to 4 prompts to get to channel list. Have to scan down through channel list beginning on #2 to get to channel I want. Unlike LG no pointer to go where I want. No keyboard for selection or deletion. No prompt to return to previous program like on LG and most all TV's. Handheld apparatus what ever it is called doesn't not react to selection and central large round prompter does not respond appropriately at times and goes elsewhere. Samsung picture color and clarity much better than LG. Bixby just interferes whenever. Buffering whenever.

Shop another brand

The picture is amazing. That is all I have to say that is good. In less than one month, I bought and returned this tv twice. The internal power supply broke both times. Based on other reviews, this is a common problem. Until Samsung returns to the quality they were once known for, I cannot recommend their brand.
