Ordered, then was told out of stock

I used part star money to buy these, then got an email that they were out of stock. My star money was never credited back.

Correcting the product details…

Incorrect product details. There are 18 cards, not 16. The envelopes are NOT foil lined. And the card dimension is (thankfully) for the box, not one card!
